LPN – Resident Care Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), also known as a Resident Care Supervisor, to join our clinical team. This role offers a salary of $25.00 – $34.00 per hour and a $7500 sign-on bonus. The LPN will ensure the health and well-being of residents by providing nursing care, assisting with medications, and monitoring personal care services. Responsibilities include supervising medication administration, reporting changes in resident conditions, and maintaining care documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license required
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
