Job Description

We are seeking a Mental Health RN Supervisor in Enid, OK, to lead daily nursing activities at a facility for children aged 6-17. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
• Conducting quality and safety rounds.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and supply needs.
• Mentoring new graduate RNs and providing education.
• Participating in patient safety initiatives and incident follow-ups.
