We are seeking a Nurse (RN or LPN) for evening and night shifts to provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and support daily living activities to ensure resident health and safety.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents’ conditions and assess their needs.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform routine charting and documentation.
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.

Qualifications:
Nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology.
Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
