An experienced and reliable Pediatric Home Care Occupational Therapist is needed for home visits in Staten Island. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and evaluating patients’ therapeutic needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on physician prescriptions.
• Documenting patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Instructing patients and families on safe management techniques.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality assurance initiatives.
