Job Description

We are a national partnership of orthopedic practices providing essential support and resources for physicians to thrive in patient care. Our network includes over 165 physicians and 40 locations across the Northeast.

Responsibilities:

• Assist RN in patient care and implement care plans in the Operating Room.
• Perform scrub duties, maintain aseptic technique, and anticipate surgeon needs.
• Organize instrumentation, monitor patient safety, and assist in room turnover.
• Prepare supplies, check inventory, and ensure equipment functionality.
• Decontaminate and sterilize instruments following guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and surgical technologist certification.
• 1-3 years of operating room experience, preferably in orthopedics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
