> REF:#0fc3f152678f97f4Casa Esperanza, Inc. seeks a Clinician to provide clinical services at the Latinas y Niños residential center, focusing on individuals with co-occurring disorders. The role involves assessing client strengths and needs, developing individualized service plans, and delivering group treatment using evidence-based practices. The Clinician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and effective treatment plans.
Essential Functions:
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals to ongoing services.
- Engage with internal and external service providers.
- Conduct assessments and facilitate individual and group sessions.
- Maintain client records and assist with utilization management.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Experience with psychiatric and substance abuse populations.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Schedule: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday (11am to 7pm). Compensation ranges from $70K to $72K, with a comprehensive benefits package.
