> REF:#0f0c63269beebcf1The Child and Family Therapy (CFT) program is seeking a dedicated clinician (social worker or psychotherapist) to work with children aged 3-18 and their families. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering psychotherapeutic services.
- Guiding parents and caregivers and assisting families in accessing services.
- Providing treatment for victims of crime and trauma.
- Supervising trainees and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintaining relationships with community providers and managing clinical documentation.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, licensure eligibility in Connecticut, and experience in child and family therapy. Bilingual skills and cultural competence are preferred.
