Registered Nurse, Acute MedSurgical A – PRN Tier Plan

Job Description

Join our Med Surg team with a flexible PRN Tier Plan that allows you to choose your pay rate! Options include:

• Tier 1: Base rate based on experience for 3 shifts in 6 weeks
• Tier 2: $40/hr for 6 shifts in 6 weeks
• Tier 3: $45/hr for 12 shifts in 6 weeks
• Tier 4: $50/hr for 18 shifts in 6 weeks

Shift differentials apply for nights and weekends. Responsibilities include patient care delivery, assessment, and supervision of nursing personnel. Requirements include:

• Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing
• 1 year of acute hospital experience preferred
• Current RN license in Louisiana and BLS certification within 2 weeks of employment

Work type: Per Diem as needed.
