Job Description

Position Title: Clinical Program Manager

Reports To: Director of Clinical Services

Description: The Clinical Program Manager supports the Director in overseeing treatment program planning, case management, and evaluating clinical services at the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit charts for compliance with treatment plans.
• Manage clinical staff workload and performance.
• Attend meetings in the Director’s absence.
• Identify and recommend improvements for program performance.
• Maintain professional relationships across teams.
• Consult on difficult cases and provide clinical supervision.
• Uphold ethics and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of behavioral health experience, with two years in a supervisory role.
• Current licensure (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) in good standing.
• Current CPR and HWC certification.
