Job Description

Position Purpose: Under the Nurse Manager’s direction, this role focuses on providing optimal patient care through the nursing process, ensuring individualized patient outcomes throughout their care journey. The nurse will deliver comprehensive services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families.

Nature and Scope: The position involves diagnosing and treating health responses, requiring assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. The nurse must demonstrate knowledge of the specific cognitive and psychosocial needs of the patient population and coordinate care with other professionals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Must possess knowledge of English and meet nursing licensure requirements in Nevada.
• Experience: None required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must obtain Nevada RN license and various certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within specified timeframes.
• Computer Skills: Must acquire necessary computer skills within 90 days.

Schedule: Full-time, eligible for benefits, night shift (1845-0715).
