Job Description

Job Summary:

This nursing position focuses on delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing services in line with professional standards and organizational policies. The nurse is responsible for the care quality provided by themselves and their team, utilizing specialized nursing knowledge and skills tailored to the patients’ needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement care plans and supervise nursing staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to nursing quality improvement initiatives.
