We are seeking a part-time or consistent PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our Ashland facility, requiring 15-20 hours per week over at least three days. This role includes PTO accrual and involves joining our in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain therapy records.
  • Coordinate training programs for staff and residents.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Valid Ohio license to practice.
  • Experience with Net Health documentation preferred.

    • Location: In-person, Ashland, OH.
