Principal Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans to enhance patients’ strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient visits and instruct families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Preferred one year of hospital or home care experience.
• Valid Illinois PT license and CPR certification required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
