Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse – PRN

Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for the Parkview Healthcare Facility, a 78-bed skilled nursing facility in Bolivar, MO, including a memory care unit.

As an LPN, you will build relationships with residents and work within a supportive healthcare team, providing excellent care in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include safe medication administration, resident assessments, monitoring ADLs, and assisting with admissions and discharges.

Position: PRN, Nights.
