Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and be local or willing to relocate. The role involves assessing and developing behavior-analytic treatment programs, supervising technicians, and collaborating with clients’ caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Maintain client intervention plans and medical records.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to behavior technicians.
- Complete clinical documentation timely.
- Participate in ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience in behavior-analytic programs.
- Valid driver’s license.
