Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Atlanta team. Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and be local or willing to relocate. The role involves assessing and developing behavior-analytic treatment programs, supervising technicians, and collaborating with clients’ caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Maintain client intervention plans and medical records.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to behavior technicians.
• Complete clinical documentation timely.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in behavior-analytic programs.
• Valid driver’s license.
