The position involves providing direct patient care through evaluation, treatment, and education, while ensuring patient safety and participating in interdisciplinary activities.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and designing treatment programs for patients.
Completing documentation and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.
Meeting clinical productivity standards and pursuing ongoing education.
Assisting in policy development and staff orientation.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from an APTA accredited school.
Less than three years of licensure.
Current or eligible license for Physical Therapy in North Carolina.
