Summary:
Plans and conducts occupational therapy programs to assist patients in regaining physical or mental functioning. Evaluates patient responses and prepares progress reports.
Responsibilities:
Supervise volunteers, students, and support staff in therapy services.
Implement physician orders and ensure safe, confidential care.
Maintain professional communication and efficient resource use.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Knowledge of AOTA Code of Ethics.
Excellent communication skills.
New graduates accepted; experience preferred.
Current Texas occupational therapy license and CPR certification required.
