Position: BCBA Area Director

Overview: The Area Director oversees clinical quality for a team of Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs) and is responsible for leading, mentoring, and implementing clinical initiatives. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage Supervising Clinicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and fidelity assessments.
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with services.
• Promote clinical initiatives and maintain high standards of ABA therapy.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and a Master’s degree.
• 2+ years of BCBA experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
