Job Title: Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: IRF, Hospital
Department: Rehabilitation Services
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Job Summary: The SLP assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure as an SLP.
• Preferred: CCC from ASHA and 1 year of clinical experience.
