> REF:#0b864cb08eab4bc8The Radiation Therapist is responsible for performing a variety of Radiation Oncology procedures for both in-patients and out-patients, following the directives of the Radiation Oncologist and established standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Covering a rotational call schedule and morning warm-up.
- Adhering to the ALARA principle to ensure safety.
- Providing education to patients and families about Radiation Oncology.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and managing equipment and supplies.
- Exhibiting professionalism and teamwork.
- Completing additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
