Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Director BCBA for a new clinic opening in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will lead the execution of service and quality initiatives, manage daily operations, and provide training and support to staff. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining training programs, and ensuring effective communication among treatment teams. Candidates should have a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, at least 3 years of BCBA experience, and experience with children ages 1-4 is preferred.
