Per Diem Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our mission-driven hospice and palliative care team, recently recognized as a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts. This role involves travel to provide care in patients’ homes and residential facilities across Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments of patients’ needs and implement care plans.
• Manage discomfort and symptom relief in accordance with established guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Experience in hospice, community health, or oncology preferred.
• Strong assessment, pain management, and communication skills required.
