This role focuses on maintaining high-quality care standards, coordinating patient wellness, and managing chronic illnesses. The clinician also supervises clinical care delivery alongside the clinic manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Licenses: Licensed LPN in New Mexico; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
- Experience: Minimum one year in a clinical nursing role.
Skills:
- Effective communication in written and verbal forms.
- Ability to teach and implement educational materials for patients.
Supervision: Reports to the Director of Primary Care Services and Clinic Manager, overseeing medical assistants and ensuring clinical staff competency.
Environment: Clean, well-lit clinic with potential exposure to bodily fluids and other clinical conditions.
Physical Requirements: Full range of motion, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and capacity to work under stress.
