Physical Therapist (*PREMIUM PAY) – Jacksonville

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN hours at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, covering Outpatient, Inpatient, and Rehab/Swing bed services. The role may require up to 40 hours per week to cover full-time associates’ vacation. The position offers a pay rate of $65 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients, gathering data and discussing with physicians as needed.
• Formulate and reassess measurable goals for patient progress.
• Identify and discuss appropriate equipment with patients and families.

Requirements:

• LPT License in the state of employment
• BLS certification

Work Schedule: Day shift, weekdays and weekends, up to 40 hours per week.
