Join a dynamic team as a Physical Therapist (PT) at a skilled nursing facility offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and in-house rehab programs. The role involves providing direct rehab care to patients, following physician referrals, and adhering to all relevant laws and standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Active state license and CPR certification.
• Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and modify treatment plans.
• Oversee care provided by PTAs and students.
• Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork.

Must demonstrate good body mechanics and decision-making skills while ensuring patient safety and rights.
