We are hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to manage resident care and ensure quality outcomes. The PTA will be part of an interdisciplinary team, balancing effective treatment with cost efficiency.
Essential Duties:
Provide and direct rehabilitation care per accepted standards.
Evaluate resident needs and create treatment plans.
Coordinate treatment supervision with staff and disciplines.
Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Active PTA license in the state.
Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
