Hospice/Homecare Overnight Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Hospice/Homecare Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) to work 3 or 4 shifts overnight from Monday to Thursday, with no weekend shifts required. This role involves triaging patient calls and making infrequent home visits, allowing for a flexible and autonomous work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-of-life support for patients and families
• Triage patient-related phone calls
• Document patient communications
• Communicate respectfully with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Active NH RN license
• Preferred 1 year direct care experience
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
