Job Description

General Purpose: Provide high-quality therapy services to patients, adhering to federal, state, and local standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct evaluations and identify equipment needs for speech/language function.
• Establish care plans to address functional speech defects.
• Administer speech therapy programs using specialized techniques and equipment.
• Recommend communication devices as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in case conferences and maintain clinical competency.
• Identify additional service needs for patients and families.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Current therapy license in the state of employment.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with internship.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA).
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with technology.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; some travel may be required.
• Ability to perform job functions with or without accommodations.
