> REF:#09fdb30baa04cf80General Purpose: Provide high-quality therapy services to patients, adhering to federal, state, and local standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct evaluations and identify equipment needs for speech/language function.
- Establish care plans to address functional speech defects.
- Administer speech therapy programs using specialized techniques and equipment.
- Recommend communication devices as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff for comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in case conferences and maintain clinical competency.
- Identify additional service needs for patients and families.
- Adhere to company policies and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Current therapy license in the state of employment.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology with internship.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA).
- Minimum one year of clinical experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with technology.
- Valid drivers license and insured vehicle; some travel may be required.
- Ability to perform job functions with or without accommodations.

Location: Therapy Services, PRN schedule including weekends and weekdays as needed.
