Summary:

The role involves planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy programs to assist patients in regaining physical or mental functioning through various activities. Responsibilities include teaching skills, evaluating patient reactions, and preparing progress reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program; Bachelor’s degree required
• Knowledge of the American Occupational Therapy Association Code of Ethics
• Excellent communication skills; new graduates accepted, experience preferred
• Current Texas occupational therapy license and CPR certification
