Job Description

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple medical centers, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care. Key duties include:

• Fostering communication and teamwork among providers.
• Implementing new initiatives and improving employee morale.
• Monitoring patient service feedback and resolving issues.
• Conducting quarterly visits to health centers and monthly staff huddles.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards.
• Managing staffing, conducting evaluations, and supporting staff development.

Required qualifications include an LPN or RN license, 2 years in healthcare management, and strong organizational skills. Preferred candidates will have advanced nursing training and experience in direct primary care.
