Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Bakersfield, CA, offering a salary of $90,000 – $110,000 annually, with relocation assistance available. The role involves:

• Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree.
• Educating patients and families on rehabilitation and preventative care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Engaging in professional development through continuing education.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
