Position Summary:
The BCBA manages a caseload of 8-12 clients, providing Applied Behavior Analysis services, evaluating new clients, and developing ongoing therapy programs. Responsibilities include parent training and mentoring RBTs.

Essential Functions:

  • Assess clients and recommend treatment hours.
  • Develop and update individualized therapeutic programs.
  • Mentor RBTs and supervise their hours.
  • Complete required documentation and coordinate care.
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain a targeted caseload.

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in a clinic setting.

    • Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • Collaborative and development-focused mindset.
  • Passion for working with children with special needs.

    • Physical Demands:
    Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various positions during therapy.

    Travel Requirements:
    Some travel for training and client support may be necessary.
