Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN)- Days

Job Description

We are seeking Mental Health Registered Nurses (RNs) for day shifts at our facility in Bettendorf, Iowa. The position offers a competitive base pay of $34-39.50, shift differentials, and $3,000 annual tuition assistance. RNs will work 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM with full benefits available after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred experience in behavioral health or psychiatric settings.
• Valid RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and coordinate patient care, develop nursing care plans, and educate patients and families.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and maintain accurate documentation.
