The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) and providing feedback through documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Valid professional license and registration for state of practice
Experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred
Proficient in documentation and timely progress notes
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
Exceptional patient service and professionalism
Adhere to scheduled hours and perform additional duties as assigned
