Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for home health care in Fredericksburg, VA, with options for full-time or part-time work. Responsibilities include providing intermittent therapy in patients’ homes, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program
• Licensed in Virginia with one year of home health experience
