Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language pathology and wellness services to older adults.
- Conducting assessments and therapeutic interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Supporting care coordination through wellness visits and communication with providers.
- Maintaining professional standards and contributing to program development.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited SLP program (New Grads Welcome).
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy with problem-solving abilities.
