Job Summary:

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 1-year commitment for new graduates and external candidates.

Weekend Requirements:

  • 0-4 years RN experience: 4 weekend shifts
  • 4-10 years RN experience: 3 weekend shifts
  • 10-15 years RN experience: 2 weekend shifts
  • 15+ years RN experience: No weekend shifts

Compensation: $32.61-$49.28 per hour, with additional night and weekend differentials.

Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with 5% match, and 24 hours of vacation available from day 1 for experienced candidates.

Position Summary: RNs will provide high-level care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support patients and families in a 24/7 hospital setting.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan
  • BLS certification required before employment
  • Preferred: BSN and prior RN experience
