The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide direct rehab care based on physician referrals, adhering to all regulations and standards.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a valid state license.
• Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
• CPR certification required upon hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of liaising with patients and families.
• Responsibilities include following treatment plans, setting goals, and overseeing care provided by support staff.
