Position: Director of Rehab – Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF

Overview: Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to lead rehab services at a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, implementing policies, advising on treatment plans, and maintaining ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team care delivery in compliance with regulations
  • Lead operational initiatives and quality programs
  • Provide physical therapy and wellness services to seniors
  • Conduct assessments and optimize patient satisfaction

    • Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
