We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team in a skilled nursing community focused on senior care, including Transitional Care, Long-Term Care, and Memory Care.

Wage: $27.60-$36.67 based on experience.
Shifts: Full-time or Part-time AMs, PMs, or NOCs available with $1.00 shift differentials for PM and NOC.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and evaluate nursing care for residents.
  • Document care, medications, and treatments accurately.
  • Assist in staffing plans and nursing schedules.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN or RN licensure.
  • Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing.
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
