Medication Aide (TMA)

Job Description

We are seeking Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to provide exceptional care to residents. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments per facility policy
• Following safety protocols and reporting medication errors
• Managing medication inventories and assisting CNAs as needed
• Completing necessary documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing
• Experience in a nursing home setting
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year as a Nursing Assistant
• Clear verbal and written English skills
• Must work every other weekend and pass a criminal background check
