We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Cardiothoracic ICU (NIGHTS) position. This role involves enhancing patient care, collaborating with physicians, and leading quality initiatives for optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform medical diagnoses and prescribe treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families.

    • Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in Acute Care preferred.
  • Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program and MSN required.
  • Licensed as a CRNP in Pennsylvania; BLS certification required.
