Job Description

We are seeking skilled LPNs to join our team, responsible for providing nursing care under the Director of Nursing’s guidance and supervising program aides. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring patient vital signs
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Administering medications
• Maintaining patient records
• Participating in care planning and medical procedures
• Managing emergencies
