Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Personal Care

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Practical Nurse for day shifts, with part-time evening options available. Compensation ranges from $23 to $26.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50/hour for rotating weekends.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure required
• One year of experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care preferred
• CPR certification required
• Strong assessment and communication skills with residents

Responsibilities:

• Plan and provide care per physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Conduct resident assessments
• Participate in daily resident rounding
• Assist with IV therapies as needed
