Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy Clinics (1.0 FTE)
Location: Waukesha
Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift, 40 hours/week, with two non-consecutive evenings required. Clinics operate Monday to Thursday (7am-7pm) and Friday (7am-5:30pm).
About the Role: Evaluate and treat patients of all ages with various diagnoses, supervise assistants, and collaborate with care teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, WI licensure, BLS certification, and preferred 1 year of experience.
