Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: 2721 Bronxwood Ave, Bronx, NY 10469

Salary: $240,000 – $263,000, with a wider range based on experience

Role Description: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment. Focus on quality care over service volume, with opportunities for new graduates and potential for Center Medical Director roles.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee primary care administration
• Prescribe treatments and maintain medical records
• Collaborate to meet health quality goals

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active state and DEA licenses
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred
