> REF:#03932ecba9d648abJoin a leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation organization in North Carolina as a BCBA, where you’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee ABA therapy implementation with a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, a North Carolina BCBA license, and a passion for helping children thrive.
- Manage up to 4 remote BCBAs and train up to 48 RBTs.
- Coordinate care with families and carry a rotating caseload of children needing extra support.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills are essential.
