RN, Registered Nurse – Emergency Room – PRN

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse for the Emergency Department, a 12-bed unit providing immediate care for emergency medical and surgical conditions. The role involves independent practice, delivering routine and complex care, and managing clinical situations effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administering medications and treatments while monitoring their effectiveness.
• Documenting patient care and educating patients and families.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN License, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Work Schedule: 7AM – 7PM, Per Diem As Needed.
