The Charge Nurse for the Subacute/Rehab Unit is a leadership position responsible for overseeing patient care and nursing assistants in a busy rehab and postacute care environment. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates should have 3 years of long-term care experience as an LPN, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and families.
