Job Description

We are seeking a full-time RN Team Coordinator responsible for patient care and directing nursing staff to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. The role requires autonomous practice within professional standards and compliance with nursing regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing patient assignments and nursing care.
• Facilitating communication and conflict resolution within the unit.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs.
• Mentoring new staff and promoting evidence-based practices.

Qualifications include a college degree (BSN preferred), 2+ years of clinical experience, and a valid RN license. Night shifts with rotating weekends required.
